FILM AND TELEVISION
If you are one of those who can combine artistic ability with technical expertise,
paying attention to detail, have patience, power of concentration, and interest in
colour and design, you could make a career in films.

Many institutions offer short-term training in metros/film centres. While a reputed
professional training school is an asset, it does not guarantee a successful
film/TV career. Talent and training are important but a network of contacts, a feel
of the industry and the audience, practical exposure, visibility and networking are
often crucial. An even-tempered, logical and visually imaginative approach is
necessary.
